Floors Castle – Summer Concert, Kelso
Closure The following road will be closed to vehicular traffic on the 21st August to 23rd August 2025 – between the hours of 16:00 and 23:59 each day - to allow for the safe access and egress of vehicles going to and from the Floors Castle Summer Concerts
D79/4 – Race Course Road – from its junction with the A6089 to the allotments
Alternative Route – Eastbound – via the A6089, Angraflat road and the D79-4 to point of closure
Westbound – the above in reverse
No Waiting Parking will be prohibited on the following roads from 6:00 to 23:59 on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd August 2025
Angraflat Road – from Edinburgh Road eastwards for 230 metres – North side only
Edinburgh Road – from Angraflat Road to Bowmont Street – West side only
Roxburgh Street – from entrance to Floors Castle to Bowmont Street – West side only
Bowmont Street – from Edinburgh Road to entrance to old High School – both sides
Speed Restriction The following roads will have a 30mph speed restriction applied from 6:00 to 23:59 on the 21st ,22nd and 23rd August 2025
A6089 – from Existing 30mph signage northwards to a point 275 metres north of its junction with the B6397
B6397 – from the A6089 Westwards to a point 500 metres west of its junction with the access road to Floors Castles Terrace Café and Shop.
